Their newsletter/website/social media has all the vendor recommendations for our area.

I've even paid for a subscription to have limitless access to all articles on multiple of these websites.

The process for commercial properties is basically the same as residential properties, so it takes work.Again, echoing Dominic, a good investment is a good investment, whether you spent 8 months courting an owner to get them to sell to you, or whether it is on CBRE/Cushman/Marcus/Loopnet or any other brokerage website.  

The Multifamily Mindset also sell a website service called Engager AI to new students as well.

This website has been so enlightening to me but I am super new to this.
