Hello,

I purchased James Dainard’s new book The House Flipping Framework on Audible. Because I did not buy this on Biggerpockets, am I not able to access the bonus content. I tried to go to the website referenced, but it gave me a 404 error. Any help on this is appreciated. Thank you everyone!
