The newbies who want to purchase snake oil find that on other platforms.

Would you rather someone have snakes and lizards or a medium sized golden doodle?

As is price point.. this will give you a better long term outcome.if you buy way under median your getting into renter dominated neighborhoods and schools for sure will be bottom ranked.. instead of going East have you considered Vegas.. lowest prop tax's basically in the country. no big weather issues  desert landscape super simple to take care of.. and Stucco homes with tile roofs no big thunder and wind storms to ruin roofs etc etc.. you can buy nice rental house there is a solid B location for about 300k. just worth checking out if you never have..

The markets regain sanity… I will be able to two properties to rehab with cash.. and have cash reserves… and equity…and cash flow.Possibly from the people who bought from the snake oil guy.I don’t mean to sound rude….

BEWARE THIS SNAKE OIL MERCHANT. 

Nothing against, but I have an issue with snake oil sales people. 

This holds true for realtors, especially contractors (I want one who talks about how he is going to do the job not tell me about how awesome he is when he built this and that and this and that, they talk to much they are snake oil salespeople)

He was afraid of what might be in the shed and did not want snakes or rats to attack his toddler daughter.
