BRRRR works in my market if you buy an absolute steal from the seller.

While Avail does verify tenant identity, I won’t be running any new credit checks unless it’s related to lease renewal.As for repairs, I’d be happy to discuss any concerns—please let me know what you feel needs attention.

People are buying stolen identities off facebook groups and using that info to apply as someone who has good credit and making fake paystubs.

I am sure the press will hype it up though and these identical ponzi schemes run in just cash all the time too. 

Should I take extra steps to verify their identity and legitimacy?

Then say you want to talk to that person, and find out if in fact they are OK with theft occuring but saying you have to have a contract saying they cannot steal from you before they will prosecute it. 

Not a big deal but it shos on the forum threads my two identical posts back to back.
