I had one investment in a syndication that would have been a total loss however the sponsor made good and repaid principal . so 3 year no return.. which is just fine by me personally I am not one who goes crazy if the return is lower or does not happen to me its principal i care about.. 

New sponsors have a near zero chance of raising money today.

I believe the sponsor still is on social media going about their day to day My Guess Chris is after all the blustering and threatening this calmed down and if litigation has started its in Ca so we can check back in about 18 months to 24 months from now to see what if anything happens..

Sponsor is doing a capital call and pausing distributions as they have a loan coming due and realize they need $3M in order to refinance the loan.

I had some money, but knew little about RE and had no access to sponsors and properties in 2010 when I met Brad Sumrok at Lifestyles.
