I thought it fitting to at least share the conclusion of our story for closure.

Some times our experiences differ; other times our experiences are similar but we draw different conclusions.

At least I am drawing my conclusion from my knowledge of algorithm, higher education and real estate experience on top of handling thousands of guests and residents with my own hands. 

He believes he can wash his hands in regard to his obligation to pay the rent by giving me notice.When I get started with the YouTube Podcast, I will take things like this and begin to unfold the Story and follow it to it's conclusion.

My wife and I did come the the same conclusion on most of those same factors when we were looking in the north by Venice and Aviano. 

I've been doing research into this company for months and I've come to the conclusion that the company is NOT legitimate.

So, it will still be dependent on you to make MANY decisions that bring the project to a successful conclusion.

That is not luck, that is not random, that is suicide.So conclusion,  the people you are trying to skip trace (and pay money for to skip trace) are not just "a bad " audience.They are the worst possible audience.
