Hey Peter, After working with several PMs I decided to manage myself using the online tools.

I could not find one person on BP or any other site but Jerrys that showed anyone saying they made any commissions from Jerry Nortons programs.

After a quick drive by of the property and some online research, I submitted my offer and it was executed by lunchtime.

The property can be unappealing in some way shape or form, old, derogated, who knows maybe there was a murder there several years ago and people can look up that information online?

There's a standard syndication that goes out to sites like Zillow, Redfin etc that is included when it is listed in the MLS; hence why people can find properties from across the country. 

He loves Zillow because of the brand recognition, it's easy to set up, and it allows him to accept rental applications online. 

This would involve some online research on their part and talking to me on the phone.
