After a few brief moments that had felt like an eternity, the police were called, thankfully. 

If you haven’t already, make sure you’ve documented everything thoroughly—photos, messages, invoices—and highlight the guest’s negligence, like leaving windows and doors open in extreme weather.If you haven’t heard back after asking to escalate, follow up again and politely but firmly request that a senior claims specialist review the case.

- We had 2 break-in & furnace & HWH thefts there this year:(File a claim ASAP, you'll need:1) Utility bills to prove electric & gas were on2) A police report, proving a break-in3) Pics/video to prove the condition of the property to support theft claimWhat are you doing to mitigate additional damages?

They don’t have any rights except are senior to early investors, which is useless.- cannot force exit- cannot force to open books- have to pay legal costs for Grocapitus if they ever take action- are indemnifying Grocapitus against false statements.

In addition, there will be a ton of high school seniors coming to campus Jan-March to tour campus etc to decide if they would like to attend etc. 

If you haven’t already, try escalating the case and requesting a senior representative to review it.
