I would just do the best you can to sanitize, not only because of COVID, but because your guests deserve a clean property.

I did have a conversation the other day about one sanitation provider has provisions for handling the composting toilet setups as well. 

This is could be a marketing opportunity for multfamily investors to highlight their hygiene and safety considerations maybe by adding sanitizer, sanitzing wipes and other measures to common areas as hygiene amenities... just a thought. 

I still have to battle the city who think the Sanitation and Park & Rec fees do not apply but the transportation corridor and transportation impact and improvement fees do apply.  

Masks, hand sanitizer, etc.

Since our properties are thoroughly cleaned in and out and sanitized in areas that are mostly inhabited by people on their stay we explain our cleaning process.

One of the methods I showed them was doing 360 virtual walkthroughs that we record to their websites.Then we also do what are virtual open houses that are essentially webinar walkthroughs to groups of qualified buyers.Finally, I've encouraged all of them to shoot a video detailing how they are sanitizing everything each time they show a house.

I just got back from my local grocery store, and there is plenty of TP, water, and hand sanitizer to go around.

The procedure most ignore, is the time you must allow the solution to sit on an area to be sanitized.
