So far the concerns I have discovered would be things like control of collateral, maintenance requirements/margin calls, and various fees that may be charged on quarterly or annual basis.

And YES, far FAR too often I am seeing people stack up UN-realized expenses at a compounding rate, to give selves a false sense of "profit" on whatever monthly/quarterly capital there moving around. 

Linking bank accounts is simple, though sometimes I have to manually refresh to get some of my bank transactions into the platform (maybe once a quarter).

For my account the fees are $10 per quarter while I have the money pulled out. 

We're also able to evaluate our rates, and keep pace with inflation, on a monthly and quarterly basis because of shorter term leases.

Even better if a value add basement or garage guest quarter for you to live in.
