The check in on Sunday was 1 gentleman who happened to be a priest and by himself so I was pretty stressed it wouldn't go well.  

Never make a decision based on advice given by a broker, investment advisor, attorney, your priest, friend, another investor or family members.

I’d call a priest not an attorney .

(In my opinion obvi) What this tenant demonstrated by their hostile text and further actions (or inaction) is:Lack of respect, reverence, or deference for role - It's good sense not to blast your employer, landlord, or priest.  

Talk to your CPA, Realtor, broker, doctor, priest, shaman, dietitian, or other professional for guidance on your specific situation...

I'm not sure what else is happening in that house but the crew is so freaked out they have called in a priest.
