The Coronavirus Meltdown The current Coronavirus crisis is having a critical impact on the Mortgage Industry, which could potentially make the 2008 financial crisis pale in comparison.

That is beyond the pale.

You might lose some money but hopefully it pale's in comparison to what you are able to accomplish.I have seen a few investors come my way who were really- I mean really smart people.

Odds are the financial implications pale in comparison to the damage your ego will sustain based on a fear of failure coming to fruition.

The money this person is going to lose trying to flip a house in a questionable buy and hold area will pale in comparison to the commission that would have been paid to get a quality cash flowing property in a decent location.Have you identified any areas of interest?

Again, the illustration on my previous point outlines how this is not safe.This doesn't have to be the last word; my eight years of experience in the real estate investment/rental industry pales in comparison to what many others on this board have.

Remember, people care about "what's in it for me" so stress the benefits of working with you, and the fact you're wholesaling will pale into insignificance.My answer to your second question is, market the property in any and every way imaginable, limited only by your budget.
