What would that mean for people who had O/O at 30yr 50%ltv loans.All loans over 80% have a bump to the rate- it may not be disclosed to you but trust me its priced into the rate so someone with a 50% ltv would be looking at rates at least 1% lower than someone with a 90%ltv.

Normally I get brown rice, rolled oats, oat bran, dry beans, quinoa.

That stove looked bran new in less than an hour.
