I’m just starting down my real estate journey and I’m looking for some advice. I’m located in Utah Salt Lake county and I’d love to hear from local real estate agents and investors. I’m interested in foreclosures and would like to learn more about that process. I currently own a home but am wanting to sale and role that money Into a new property that I can house hack. If anyone has any advice or info about local state laws, taxes, etc. I’d love to hear from you. Thanks again in advance!
