@Angel-Ty Lebron, how do you think Facebook's recent news feed policy changes will affect paid Facebook marketing?

How do you stay aware of trends in the Tampa market from LA; is there any news feed or anything you're subscribed to so you know whats happening in different neighborhoods? 

Here in Ontario fines for missing alarms vary by locality but from the newsfeeds I monitor if a fire department finds a landlord with a missing smoke alarm or a dead battery fines levied can be $3,000 or so per alarm per instance.

My “newsfeed” on BP really shows everything all the same. 

Is there a way to have a widget on my IPhone with a newsfeed specifically with real estate market feed?

I keep seeing in my financial news feeds, the media constantly talking about these eviction moratoriums hurting landlords.

We find that ads in the newsfeed get a higher CTR (click through rate), but convert less - most likely due to you are more 'interrupting' marketing than seek and find (I see an ad and have interest in the message).I am in the process of gearing up some stuff to start really putting some good content here on BP and providing 'lead conversion funnels' custom made to your business.Also, I'm an Architect in-house to a development company and do most all the marketing for the lease up of multifamily projects, primarily in So Cal, but doing some stuff in Boise now too!

I was curious since the company keeps popping up in my news feed in Facebook, so I had to call and find out what they're about.
