Is this the case for all mobile devices or am I missing something?

.: Hello All, I'm interested in building a Mobile Home Park on some property I have in Texas. 

There are a lot of rules when it comes to buying a MH and if one thing is wrong the lender will deny the loan.Mostly pay attention to year built try and stay away from Mobile homes that are older than 20 years. 

Although Baselane doesn't have a formal app I find it very mobile friendly, I use it on both my iPhone and IPadI think Baselane has a slight edge over Stessa so I think I'll start with them and switch to Stessa if it's not working for me. 

Their communication can be described at best as mechanical.

I was looking to learn more about getting into Mobile Home Parks and had a few questions that I was having difficulty finding answers to.

I have done bare land and mobiles before but this is my first traditional built LTR.

For example, are you looking for coaching for large multifamily, storage facilities, short-term rentals, mobile home parks, how to scale a single-family portfolio, or any other specific real estate strategy?

I am not going to sugar coat it, going direct to seller is a FULLTIME MECHANICAL "JOB" but I was able to build a rental portfolio from doing this day in and day out.
