A tenant living in a 100 year old called board of health for drafting windows (never called us first) and BOH made us replace them within 30 days, well custom windows take longer than that to make so we got fined.

New roof and gutters, updated vinyl double pane windows, resurfaced parking lot, and upgraded main water line.  

Completed kitchen remodel , new cabinets and drawers.

The water coming out of the kitchen sink though seems to get hot just fine.

Sadly, we lost my mother-in-law to cancer two years ago, and my father-in-law has since realized he no longer wants to live there, though he remains emotionally attached.The home is in its final stages of construction, needing only finish work and a kitchen remodel to be rentable.

Additionally, it needs a new roof, new HVAC, new plumbing, the septic is over 30 years old, the well could use a filter, a few new windows, none of the electric is up to code… and it’s on almost an acre of land….
