Imagine a world where kids die from the flu, ear infections, or where kidney stones, bad gall bladders and appendicitis are death penalties?

My main reason for getting involved is due to the fact that there is heavy drug use in the apartment and my mother is a kidney transplant recipient as well as i have my 16 year old nephew living there as well. 

I was delicate before- struggled hard to get me and my credit to where I could begin doing something, and now feel like some giant money vampire has decided to feed on me. i can't do this any more. i have a wife with no kidneys and on home hemo dialysis 5-6 days per week 6-8 hours per treatment, and getting unwanted pay cuts is no way for a 54 year old to live.

Somehow they think disabled impoversihed people whoo have had their life and property stolen out fro under them by conmen and medical disaster are going to have perfect credit-(my 664 was not good enough for them). i just had a renter find a loophole and sold my 80k property out from under me, at the same time my wife with no kidneys was nearly killed by her Dr.-  yeah- we have some nicks in our report. 

I came down with kidney cancer.

Well you have to sell a kidney for a gallon of that crap so I wanted to let the cheapO stuff, AKA primer, soak into the new texture and drywall.

Partnerships not following these reasons are doomed to fail...or be more painful than a kidney stone.1)  Your Partner(s) must do something you can't do.2)  Your Partner(s) must do something you don't want to do. 

I work remotely, I'm not attached to any physical location and looking to start my real-estate investing journey by acquiring cash flowing multi-families (probably residential as opposed to commercial to begin with, with a possibility of house-hacking with an FHA loan).Currently I live in San Francisco (renting) and if I keep this up I'll probably need to sell one of my kidneys :-\I'm looking to move to a different market (don't care how far / hot / cold) to actually live in, get a true feel for it, research it from the inside out, specialize in it and most importantly operate locally.I've done a lot of "general" homework - watched a ton of podcasts, read many books and analyzed some online data so I know what areas people and experts are talking about and developed some opinions - but at the same time I know that market attractiveness is very dynamic and subjective.So if YOU were in my situation and had to choose one market that you believe will provide the best upside for cash flow TODAY - what is it?

Maybe fifteen grand to the right guy with the right connection, and he'd be in a wheelchair with ruined kidneys for the rest of his miserable life.
