Are you sure you have the mental aptitude and fortitude to stick with real estate investing for 10 years or more?

Unfortunately many of these people reading about it were the same ones that make New Years resolutions, and don't have the personal fortitude to actually stick with anything. 

It takes fortitude to keep going and it sounds like you have a lot of it. 

Most don't have the intestinal fortitude to quit their day job and do this full time. 

In my opinion (opinions being of little value) and with my experience I have learned that a investors that do not have the stones to weather tenants knowing they are the owner do not have the personal skills or fortitude to be a successful landlord/investor.I never lie to my tenants about being the owner.

To the point of the OP, a big part of success is studying other successful people, consistenly doing all you can to learn from them and develop the habits that help those people and then often it's having the patience and fortitude to last long enough for your 'lucky break/s' to come.

They're doubting Americans strength, fortitude , intelligence and financial wherewithal.

I have been in touch with John Deleire and Joe Craft and will lock the mechanics down soon.I agree getting through the No's will be a test of my character and take some intestinal fortitude...

I admire those who have the intelligence and fortitude to try to make money other than an hourly wage. 

I didn't have the intestinal fortitude until I was just a few months ago.
