Mind you, with mortgage interest rates in the US being so much higher now (and seemingly for the foreseeable future), I wouldn't be surprised if LTRs in Europe would cash flow better than in the whole US nowadays (to be verified).This being said, I don't and would never invest in LT rentals outside of North America  as I wouldn't want to face unfavourable landlord/tenant laws as a foreigner.

Having lived there a year it is a foreign country and many things are different and culture etc plus you have the native peoples that own huge amounts of real estate and They dont pay income tax and they get food and gas for way cheaper etc etc..

Hello,I am wondering if anyone knows the answer to this, I am a Canadian citizen with many single family houses that I own in my Florida LLP, I am currently using the structure of paying taxes from the the profits from the LLP flow thru into my personal name, paying taxes in Florida and then having to pay the difference in taxes in Canada ( minus the amount I paid in Florida as a foreign tax credit).
