Maybe any wholesalers, investors, fix&flippers, landlords willing to share any experience.I am a fast learner and willing to provide my business, trade for trade, to learn how to acquire my first property whether that would be a small 4-8 unit building or start big with a 20-unit building. 

Two flats are essentially just houses.... they trade like houses and there is a lot of emotion involved.

I would still like to learn more about real estate and investing as I don't like to trade my time for money.

This is more of a reach goal for me since I am still in my "collect 4 green houses before trading up to a red hotel" stage, but I thought I would ask the hive mind anyways.

Also, one is the Vendor Trade Show - by the way, those vendors give discounts to members year-round, not just at the trade show. ; )  There are 8 subgroups that each meet once a month (all content and networking).

On the 2nd I hired all licensed trades but separately.

I was in contract to buy 100 houses from one builder who was selling for 250k in 06 my contract price 125k each.. thankfully I did not close as within 12 months these were trading as I said in the 50 to 60k range..
