Hello, my name is Andy and I a new investor. I am currently working/studying on getting my RE license online. I changed my major from Accounting to Real Estate back in 2018 when I was attending Glendale Community College. When the whole covid shutdown occurred, I dropped out of college to help my father's service business maintaining and remodeling residential and commercial buildings. My father has over 15+ years in the General Contract work field. We have been able to save up some money for our first turnkey multiple unit building. I have done some research on using OPM as well.

I first began learning about Wholesaling and studied a bunch of content over Youtube University where I came across BP. Over the years, I have build a list of distressed properties in my area of downtown Los Angeles, Glendale, Koreatown, and Silver Lake area. I would love to meet any real players in the area who would love to pay it forward and help someone green like myself. Maybe any wholesalers, investors, fix&flippers, landlords willing to share any experience.

I am a fast learner and willing to provide my business, trade for trade, to learn how to acquire my first property whether that would be a small 4-8 unit building or start big with a 20-unit building.

Thank you once again and have a wonderful evening, I cannot wait to network and to help each other one way or another.
