You'll have to pay to have your finger prints taken and there's the licensing/exam fee as well.

Property manager said that this is the worst she has ever seen a house destroyed, and apparently they did it all in one night.Property manager is going to contact the insurance company today, and the police say that there are enough fingerprints that they will likely find the guys - not that it will help me any!

The will move left, right, forward, backward, turn around like how you would move around in Google Street View, only you are inside a house.If a visitor wishes to make an offer the drone will ask the visitor a series of questions and at the end ask the visitor to have their fingerprint scanned and that becomes a binding electronic contract.

Cannot have a felonygo to the UPS store off Breckinridge Lane and get a FBI fingerprint card....get a $18 money order...mail in your money order and finger print card to the FBIwhen it returns in 6-8 weeks mail it in to the state commissionsign up for a class with an approved Pre License Providersit for examif this wont be your full time job then get on with a broker that does not charge for office space (approx $30 a month)take annual clasess to maintain license requirements.

The mls is controlled by NAR so you need to be a paid member of association and be able to have lockboxes after you have been finger printed and have steep realtor insurance.
