There is a need for housing for faculty, parents and other individuals in most markets near college town.I am excited for student housing moving forward.

You could look at students, or faculty for potential guests. 

You could also upgrade and see if you could get a list of adjunct faculty coming in each year and help them find a nine-month rental and they are "better" renters for landlords than students, even though students have cosigners.

🤣 No doubt - the only way this post could have been worse is if he added that he is being pursued by the mob and doesn't have use of his faculties for any DIY efforts.
