Note Investing with Glastonbury Thorn

As the title implies, I am interested to hear if others have had experience with Glastonbury Thorn (website: g t h o r n .com). They state that are a buyer and seller of mortgage notes. I heard the Director, Jim Griffin, on a podcast with The Real Estate Guys from March 21, 2021 and downloaded his Note Investing PDF which was very informative. It doesn't say it's a fund nor do you have to be accredited to take part in it.

Thanks in advance

@Charles Campbell

That would make sense that he went thru Eddie Speeds training and mentorship program and paid $30,000 for it. And now he’s ready to risk everyone else’s money.
