This is our first flip, so of course we have doubters.

Keep in mind that there has been and will always be doubters, we all know that the first plane ever built and ran successfully was shot down as a foolish idea and thought to never have a chance in this lifetime of existing or working, so imagine of Orville and Wilbur Wright actually took that negative energy and allowed it to consume their dream of flying.  

I remember being one of those doubters..lol.

It made me think hard to be sure I had my “why” straight. 28 years and 735 properties after that first deal, the doubters are still there.

Although tempting at times, and although you may have your doubters, you must never quit on your dreams.  

I agree I'd like our first deal to be a no doubter, but we work with what we have I suppose.

The doubters fuel us so bring it on!

Let me answer the second question first, as it is a market timer's question, and one should be wary of trying to time a market for an exit (maybe not so much for an entry, but I can hear the doubters and they have valid point).
