What do I look for;Zoning, Setbacks, utilities, easements, Deed restrictions, flood zones, wetlands, dimensions, neighborhood, and comps. 

Whether dimensions or financial data.

The beauty of it is, ALL of it CAN be met, with an understanding of what energy efficiency really is, and how to use treat material sizes/dimensions as a positive,...not a restriction.Why did I write the above? 

City has approved the lots dimensions.

The dimensions are 6'x11' with a small window and closet that takes up 3x3' of that space.

There are some bedrooms that are 12 x 11ish where the dimensions alone will make it tough to place a dresser in terms of movement/flow. .. .  

This material is often actually 2x4 in dimension so when working on a rehab make sure to pay attention to how your surfaces finish out due to the difference in actual thickness and depth.

I'm unsure of the tile dimensions, whether they are 12"x12", and the specific layout and classification of your rental property.

Getting your depth and width dimensions may be critical if you're installing a tub/shower unit, maybe not so critical if you're building a custom shower stall.
