Many DSCR programs require an investor to have a mortgage history- there are some DSCR mortgage programs that will work with investors who are renting- some refer to them as first time home buyers (FTHBs)- DSCR loans are only for investment properties where the owner isn't living there.

Platforms like Zillow or Redfin can give you insight into comparable properties, and PropStream is great for deeper analysis like liens or ownership history. 

When I got into the STR space in 2015, I needed my daughter to be available on a full ti e basis as PM.  

Preferably out of state near Charlotte NC where our daughter lives.  

But, people will always be able to see the prior listing history under the Price History section of the listing.

Alternatively, you may want to consider switching to a platform that offers this level of transparency.Additionally, on both Airbnb and Vrbo, if you have access to the account, you can view the transaction history.
