Skills and money will conquer just about anything.

Just SEO.Here is the thing brother... step up or be conquered by someone that did step up!

I would of course recommend trying to get to the root of it and conquering it, but if it's not something you forsee yourself doing in the near future then doing  syndication/private money lending might be your best fit.

I will admit that experience sparked a lot of fear but I have since conquered that fear and I am now focused on the possibilities.  

I would love to meet with you and chat at some point, although it is unclear how much I'll be able to conquer in one day, and I'm somewhat tied to the seller in this instance.

I'm living in the first house I bought through a public trustee auction, it was an amazing deal, but it took some kahunas, first to conquer at the auction, then to follow through by leading a crew of four on a complete remodel in four months.  

Now at this seminar they were trying to sell me a real estate mentor that woild show me step by step how to conquer my first deal successfully, only they wanted me to by a $40,000 program to do so.
