M.S in RE, 12 yrs experience, and I'm terrified to invest! Help!
I have RE expertise with over a decade of experience but I can't seem to get off the bench. Also, I have startup capital. I work full time for an opportunistic PE firm and I'm drained by the time I get home. I feel like I'm stuck because I don't have the energy to focus on investing after 12 hours days. How can I free myself? Please help.
