I am no longer a skeptic after completing a couple of deals.  I am building my net worth and now I'm doing it full time by being cautiously frugal.  I'm living in the first house I bought through a public trustee auction, it was an amazing deal, but it took some kahunas, first to conquer at the auction, then to follow through by leading a crew of four on a complete remodel in four months.  I've lived in the home for the required 2 years and have well over $100,000 equity, so if I'm not mistaken, I can sell and reduce my tax burden by eliminating capital gains taxes.   What a great deal, I'm going to do it again!  I have also done a quick flip  through the trustee auction that went equally as well, but only required flooring, paint, cosmetics etc.   I have other experiences to share including a full remodel and flip I'm working on now.   Yes it seems the traditional investing approach works best for me, but as I grow I will navigate more comprehensive and creative investing strategies.   I'm looking forward to exploring the BP website.  Best of luck.
