I priced out the same style (Shaker) in the same kitchen configuration, except these cabinets are all plywood construction, already painted white, and soft close doors and drawers, all for about $1900.  

Seller's current asking price is $525,000 but I was thinking of asking at $450,000.Property is zoned CMX-1 and is currently configured as commercial downstairs plus two apartments upstairs and basically in Shell condition.

I am a big believer in configuring over customizing  to keep the maintenance and operations simple and low cost.   

This does very well with no complaints and I stay pretty full.The other place has King Suites( one bunk bed room) and already sleeps 23 so I've left this configuration alone for now.
