The reality is section 8 tenants are dominated by single mothers with 1 to 5 kids at least that was my experience and when you have kids from babies to teens and everything in between your houses are going to take a beating..

Hi Chani, These fees seem a bit high to me, specifically the leasing fee, on-boarding fee, Multiple quotes requests, HVAC filter supply, early termination fee, vacant property termination fee, and transfer to another manager fee.

But he did take a loss that set his family back quite a bit, caused a lot of stress in his marriage, prevented them from being able to buy the new home his wife wanted with the right number of bedrooms for his kids, set him back years in saving for retirement and buying investment properties that could have made him money instead of losing money, etc.
