My area is relatively low crime, but had one place that someone broke a window to get in.... probably a homeless guy looking for a place to sleep....got scared when neighbor turned light on.I put in a SimpliSafe unit... portable, easy to set up, multiple options- you can use a webcam and get alerts on your phone and future tenant can pay for full service if they want. 

This was within the fine print, but I was told by email/phone that it would be within 30days. 

I set my phone to a super annoying and loud notification and off to the races!

When you upload a list, it'll state that over 70% of your phone numbers are invalid.

To give a little more detail, I do believe all their cash flow is contingent on them getting you to pay upfront for their program, which I found to be inaccurate and unusable on anything other than a desk top, which I told them I do all my work on a cell phone (first red flag) that they didn’t tell me their property finder isn’t cell phone friendly.

You can have an email for each account and you should be able to set your phone up see multiple accounts at once should you get inquiries or messages.Just log into each account to make updates and price changes.

The first was after our introductory phone conversation when she was aggressive in asking me to fill out all the financial documents and forms in order to complete the purchase of the DST.

Some people get lots of phone calls day one, but not day 31 or day 131 or day 331.
