@Guillermo Vladimir RoblesI can only think of three strategies if 50K is your total budget:1) Subject to (you'd have to be able to pick up a significant mortgage payment)2) Mobile homes too old to qualify for conventional financing3) Lease a really nice car and buy some designer suits.

@Vladimir, Kuvshinov  Haven't heard of them but the obvious red flag is them requesting any money up front.Checking out their website just now, a few grammar errors stick right out:"Businesses loans of Two Million""No loan is to big" (should be "too big")
