Has anyone worked with D2D Financial, LLC for finance their projects? They are a private lender from Phoenix, AZ that uses proprietary bank instrument-based method to lend at super cheap rates (supposedly). If so, what has your experience with them been? Did they deliver what they promised? Just wondering if they're for real

Just spoke with Susan myself. I've looked around and can't find much information about this company and the website seems ...simple at first glance. The "Too Good to be True" is what got me really digging. It just doesn't make a lot of sense.
