I am confident your underwriting will show that in the near term you are better off financially renting.this will change if interest rates drop significantly or if property prices drop without an associated drop in rents  To be blunt, I think both are unlikely. 

Maybe a major news outlet would be interested in covering your story. 

I'm sure this number can change if the rental prices drop.

Hey @Marc Shin, I would avoid as well.You could do a soffit around the perimeter and drop LED lighting with fully adjustable RGBW lighting in there.
