You might want to join groups or forums specifically for private lenders—BiggerPockets is obviously a great place, but local REI meetups or masterminds could also help.Also, consider sharing insights or case studies from deals you've done (if you're comfortable) to spark conversations.

I am very committed to investing in a multi family building this coming year.I also feel the need for a mastermind group and will be doing a google search for one around me for multi long/ mid and short term investing.Cheers, just wanted to put an update on here!

It has been very helpful and is the major focus of our business right now.Our profile is pretty blank because we stay quite busy...but we have been running a large Real Estate Mastermind group in the Kansas City area for almost 5 years every week on wednesdays...we are landlords, flippers, wholesalers, as well as in the note business.

I'm keen to learn sub-to - other than Pace, are there other masterminds or options that I might use for some mentroship/education?

Co-hosting is just like any other business---- scalable systems. 1) Know how to build systems2) Find a mentor who will teach you3) join a mastermind that will teach you4) Learn and grow as you go... but have insurance.

In all fairness, I have never participated in their mastermind group, but I have been pitched grossly over priced so called education programs from people that spend more time promoting and exaggerating what they’ve done in the hopes of getting a check from me with 5 zeros.

The Property Management Mastermind podcast and Facebook group are fantastic resources.
