The entire house is hard-wired with cat6, and there's HDMI, power and Ethernet in each bedroom.

Cameras get power from the Ethernet cable so wiring is plug and play.

Hey guys I have rental property that I’m doing remodeling And I have bunch of telephone , tv cable connections on wall in random and I don’t have any Ethernet connect for modem.

If it's ethernet/phone/whatever, cover it.

Hello @Rasheed-mass Ali,For my mtr office I have the following:-Good sized desk with two or more drawers -Computer chair (rated for seating 6-8 hours)-Chair mat- Desk lamp with phone charging hub (mine offers wireless charging, but there are some that can plug a USB charger)- Pens, notedpad, scissors (I.e basic office supplies)- High speed WiFi (I offer hard wired high speed internet with an Ethernet cable, and the combo modem/router let’s them connect all of their devices)-Make sure that there are plenty of electrical outlets for your guests to plug devices into.Cheers,Melissa 

I had to run an electrical outlet to that closet for power along with an Ethernet jack.

If you can run the flat plastic stuff in the corner, along the baseboard, etc, and paint it to match the walls, it doesn't look too bad.Sometimes holes for pipes are a good place to sneak an Ethernet wire through.
