your comment around "approvals will be easy to get" gives me pays if you've not done this type of project before, I understand your logic, and I don't know your local municipality but it always seems to me that no matter how easy we think a project or approval is going to be, something always comes up.

In fact, I think being skeptical about coaching programs allowed me to be very critical on each program that was presented to me.

I'm open to network with anyone with comments, advice, or knowledge that they feel would be helpful. 

I attended the presentation but it ended without explaining that.

The landlord simply refuses to accept our comments and just says "well you signed a lease to pay X$ per month."

A few other comments;For Philly: It's best practice to include the required documents in the final lease packet and have the tenant sign or initial all to prove receipt.
