If you had to pick one relationship-building tactic that you believe would really set the tone for your brand’s culture, what would it be? 

You may have a point there, I never believed COVID came from a Chinese bat or that taking an experimental vaccine was a particularly good idea either.

It should be common sense that if you respect your tenants, understand the culture and provide a positive and enjoyable experiences, in many cases that is reciprocated.
