In fact, many were RUINED financially and for things beyond their own control.If you finance the home as a principal residence, you have to be prepared to commit fraud, as your lender is likely going to require a notarized and/or sworn statement that this is your principal residence.Good luck to you and stay safe.

That lease isnt legally valid, all you need in my state is a notarized letter from him about her changing the term on the lease, hopefully backed up by his copy.

The biggest things still yet to acknowleged by him or finished is a couple of outlets not working, track light not working, and he hasn't given me a key to my mailbox.the electrical I'm not to worried about, though I am hand delivering a notarized letter next week about it, mostly It's the mailbox.

He is still ultimately responsible for the fix according to Georgia landlord laws, although they have a notarized agreement stating otherwise, correct?
