PA legal advice
So I just started my lease with a landlord in south oakland. A couple problems have arisen already and the landlord has been slow or unresponsive. The biggest things still yet to acknowleged by him or finished is a couple of outlets not working, track light not working, and he hasn't given me a key to my mailbox.
the electrical I'm not to worried about, though I am hand delivering a notarized letter next week about it, mostly It's the mailbox. His inability to give me the key is going to force me to rent a box from the usps.
I am just wondering if, when the lease runs out and I leave, this is something I can tack on should I decide to take him to small claims court (I'm already expecting to not get my deposit back even though the place will be better after I leave than when I arrived).
