If they do alter so they dont or start over with better materials.My main question,,,is that handrail shakey and loose or pretty rock solid???

From my perspective they would be benefitting, but perhaps they would see me, a relative or co-worker, as someone just seeking money to fuel my own investments.Perhaps once I have confidence in my evaluation of possible deals, that will translate into an attractive opportunity for someone else. 

The inexpensive property will probably translate to lower rent, more frequent vacancies and less cash flow.I'm a fan of the second choice!

There was companies around me who offered more money per month but they didn't offer as many services or support like a translators on call or the CPA's help. 

What this may translate to is you purchasing a property to live in that might be a few steps below where you, (and your family?)

It would be a terrible thing for one brother to feel slighted, thus altering their relationship, over a few hundred or even thousand dollars.Encourage them to be honest with each other.

Specifically, if there is a foreclosure or short sale on the credit history does that alter the score requirements? 

(translation: rents will be going up :-))
