Where is your property located and how big is it?

Have a witness with you (non relative).You can use a Skip Trace Agent (aka Collection Agency) to locate your "asset" (tenant).

If I were you, I would contact a few different CPAs (who specialize in REI) regardless of their location.

@Cory RayI don't think the location of the CPA matters provided that they have a solid background in Real Estate and software/tools to support you remotely.There are 20+ real estate CPAs commenting in this forum.

Additionally, achieving a good ROI requires a great property manager, so it's not solely about having the right property in a good location.

I’ve done some film industry work in Transpo, Location scouting, and PA…seems like convenient logistics were the priority but it was a different area with a much different housing and social scene.
