One of mine went out over the holiday weekend and I was scrambling to get it fixed.

@Lee Smithis right...I had a tenant who requested that I don't evict a tenant over the holidays and extend the vacate so that they can "still enjoy time with their family"...........................I had two attorneys around me who promptly giggled at her--the tenant was out in 5 business days.
