If you like mobile homes though, there are plenty of those that you could buy one by one, just harder to find a whole park.

I am a real estate investor, (multifamily and mobile home parks), and a broker with a traditional team at Keller Williams Realty. 

So I am trying to learn everything possible i can about buying a mobile home park and I would love some suggestions from you guys.

After listening to the podcasts, reading, and learning, using the calculators on this site, I want to take action and found a 4/2 mobile home that is selling for 139,000 with an estimated monthly payment (Calculations from redfin) of $633 and another $1200 for land lease amount monthly.

Could you put a mobile home or ADU on it now for additional rental income until your plans develop further?

We have had some success in Arizona, closing on three mobile home deals, but are looking to branch out into other states where the mobile home market may hold further opportunities.

My wife and I are looking into Mobile Home investing (for flips primarily) and came across John Fedro from www.mobilehomeinvesting.net and Jay/Samara from www.trailercashacademy.com . 

Mobile home parks, land to develop/build 2-4 units on, etc...I am not a fan of a high priced sfr as a rental later but to each his own.

What is your strategy for mobile homes?

Hi does anyone know how I can find out about any restrictions against putting a mobile home on a property in Harris county?
