I think you'll find many like-minded folks here who are working W2 jobs and also launching their REI career...it's challenging but so worth it.If you haven't subscribed to the Bigger Pockets podcast yet, I can't recommend it highly enough.

Or are you trying to buy something bigger?

I heard on one of the bigger pockets episodes, where they were talking about posting their deals, but didn't see any threads in the main forums, maybe someone can post a link.

It doesn’t sound like the inspection was a big part of your costs...I am anticipating that as a bigger portion in MF than in your commercial example.

I joined bigger pockets fro real estate advise and some people ok here want to insult and critique someone grammar instead of helping so thank you Joe have a a blessed one

If it were me I'd keep it because I'm not a fan of leveraging to the hilt but there are many on Bigger Pockets who will disagree with me.
