I initially planned to invest in Lancaster but was priced out and needed cashflow in the short term...What are your concerns?

I’d love to get schooled on this a bit if I’m totally outta my mind with this plan, but if there aren’t a bunch of tax or legal roadblocks, I’m thinking it can work.

A little bit about my experience in Real Estate… I started a couple years ago doing some house flips in Detroit ( It was a 2 year plan) then decided to sell everything, moved to Washington DC which can’t afford anything in the DMV area but last year I purchased a very nice 3500 SQFT Duplex in Shaker Heights, suburb of Cleveland. 

@Dalton Tahy I have a friend that lives in Boston and he has no plans buy RE because it's so expensive.

If you spend on HELOC have a plan and strategy to pay it off quickly.

Wise of you to get a head start with your networking and planning.

We need to go from the 70-80 building permits (per the planning dept) issued a month from 2019-2022 to about 15 to 20 per month outside of true owner occupied or LTRs. 

What is the plan for the that? 

I am curious how they plan to make money after spending $5k to furnish and another $200 for utilities monthly, ON TOP of the $1800 rent.

I really don’t see any upside to the auction plan, only downside.
