LA Assessor does not list Owner.No know forclosures I could find doing basic research.City has given 2 citations1) Early 2016 for unkept landscaping2) 7/3/16 - Abate Order "abandoned or vacant building left open to the public"There is a permit I found but the dates are wonky.20' X 46'-1" ADDITION TO REAR OF (E) DWELLING TO CREATE 2 BEDROOMS, 2 BATHROOMS, EXPAND LIVING RM, AND ADD PATIO COVER.

The case manager stated i will not get October rent as they cant justify paying for someone who doesn't live in the unit.Do i have to follow abandonment procedure or since he told his case manage he skipped, can I just clean out and move on?

I have been looking into homes that have been foreclosed for 3-4 and purchasing homes through the Abandon Housing Act.

On the other hands they don't rebuild or don't have insurance, in most cases they will abandon the property by donating it to the county.In both cases, since the fire department service is a public service, you can call the station and find out where you can get a list of recent house fires.
